Paramount Fine Cuisine Québec

The build-out of this Paramount Fine Foods Quebec restaurant included several challenges related to difficulties in supplying materials and equipment caused by the ongoing pandemic. Despite all this, we managed to deliver the project on schedule. We are also proud to have reduced the total cost of the project following a close collaboration with the designer, suggesting cheaper equivalent materials and certain design changes.
