Lufa Warehouse WH2 VSL

The remodeling of this warehouse with a total surface of 165,000 sqf where we built a cold room on 60,000 sqf and a freezer on 26,000 sqf had some challenges. The original space had low ceilings, inside which several conduits were located. However, we managed to install all ducts and refrigeration equipment in the project, while respecting the necessary recommended height by the architect. During the work, we had to site some refrigeration equipment by helicopter. We carefully analyzed the plans, costs, placement, load and dimensions of the equipment. So, we demonstrated that this solution was the most accurate and the most efficient.
