The FDA Construction team worked closely with the project designer and with their expertise and suggestions, they managed to reduce the budget by approximately 30%. The main challenges of this project were the location (right in the middle of passenger traffic - gate 53, international restricted area), the work space (very limited) and a very tight
schedule.
